FNB-Refuses to switch my device debit Order to another bank!!!!!

Debit Order Switching to another bank while you have FNB connect device installment, impossible, according to FNB!!!!!!. So, I called FNB today to change my debit order details for my smart device from FNB account to another bank (transaction account). FNB refuses to switch my debit order, their solution is that i keep the cheque account only for the purpose of this one debit order and continue to incur bank charges monthly!!! How Crazy is this!!!! I need to close my FNB cheque account as I don't require it anymore and have found a better service elsewhere yet FNB will force me to keep it opened due to this one debit order. Basically i should keep paying R440 monthly bank fees to pay R999 device debit order.
