FNB refuses to speak to customers!! FNB is the worst bank in SA

FNB is the worst bank in South Africa. I am going to cancel my funeral policy and close my bank account. FNB refuses to talk to me. I spent more than R100.00 of airtime yesterday to speak to ANYBODY from FNB. Not even the ***** line was prepared to call me back.
