FNB refuses to send updated credit card balance to credit bureau

I have paid up my fnb credit card 2 months ago. But it’s not reflecting on my credit report. Instead of showing 0 balance, it’s showing utilisation is 256%. I reached out to fnb and received an email last month that they will update my details. This has been delaying my home purchase. Can you please fix this asap?
