FNB Refuses to Remove default on Credit profile !!

On a Previous instant Loan that i defaulted on 1.5 Years ago FNB fairly logged a notification of it on my credit profile, However i had paid the loan back 1.5 Yeas ago and still today they have not updated their system and removed the notification as it still shows on my profile which hinders my credit score!

I Have sent emails upon emails previously but to no avail has anybody rep****,

All i ask is for FNB to amend this.
