FNB REFUSES TO REMOVE DEBT FLAG, ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT! 4 WEEKS JUST TO UPDATE

I have been off debt review for 9 years. ITC is updated, I have managed to secure small credit over the years, nothing serious. This year I needed to update my details at FNB and I was told by the consultant that I am under debt review. I contacted FNB 12-02-2019(CAS- ********** -M2N0T5) to get this updated and sent through my 17.4 which I used to clear my name at ITC. I called after 2 weeks of no feedback after being told I would be contacted within 48 Hours of logging my query. I eventually connected with someone who could assist me and he explained that I needed a 17.7 form as my debt counsellor on the system was a different one. I eventually got the 17.7 form and this was sent through to reflect the change. Again FNB confirmed receipt of this query(FNB Debt Review status query CRM: ********** ********** 2) and was told it would take 7 days for feedback(06-03-2019). Forward 3 weeks later and still no feedback. Today(26-03-2019) I called and the lady assisting me escalated my query after telling me it would take another 48 hours which I told her I would not allow because it has been 3 weeks already. She promised to get this sorted out in an hour. An hour came and went and I got an email stating, I needed to send a voluntary signed letter(CRM: ********** ********** 1). WHY HAS NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS LETTER??? I AM NOW BEING TOLD TOLD THIS WILL TAKE ANOTHER 5 DAYS TO SORT OUT? CAN THIS BE SORTED OUT TODAY. IT HAS TAKEN YOU NEARLY A MONTH AND IT'S SCARY HOW MUCH YOUR CONSULTANTS LIKE KEEPING FROM CLIENTS.
