FNB REFUSES TO RELEASE MY MONEY IN PENDING TRX'S

I sent a query to [Email Removed] on 09/01/2015 asking for assistance with reversal of foreign transactions that were debited twice from my account. The auto response said that it would take 5 working days to be attended to. On the fifth working day (16/01/2015) I called the contact centre to follow up on the query. I was then told that due to a back log on the disputes side it would actually take 7 working days and not 5 as per Jacob. He advised me to call back on the Tuesday(20/01/2015). I called him on that date but still nothing had been done so he advised that I should send him the details of what happened in an email and he will escalate it with his superior. I sent the email to Jacob and attached the initial email sent. He advised that it would take 7 working days for the escalation to be actioned. Called again today and to my surprise nothing had been done and I was given the excuse that the 7 working days were only valid tomorrow. When speaking to other consultants it came to my attention that this query still had not been looked at as there were no notes on the query.

Please assist in this regard as the funds have been pending since 27/11/2014.

Thanks
