FNB Refuses to release funds in business account.

My client did a real time transfer to my business account. Fnb put a hold on that money for no reason! Calling it a memo credit. After countless of attempts to contact them the staff were taking their time to respond and even though they promised to have the issue resolved by the time business opens they failed. That money is still not reflecting. As soon as that money clear i will close my accounts with FNB. Their service is ridiculous
