FNB refuses to refund payment,********** company

On Friday 29 January 2016, I purchased 4 tickets to watch the Stormers take on the Bulls via [URL Removed] After speaking to the event organiser at the Stadium I was advised that I have de*****ed as there has been no tickets released for the game as yet. I then did some research on Viagogo and realised that everyone who has purchased from them was also duped. I immediately called my bank and requested the amount to be refunded as this company was busy with ********** activity as no one receives tickets from this supplier or they get turned away at the door as the tickets are not valid or duplicates. Being a platinum card holder, I thought that this matter would be resolved easily as I also sent proof from the event organizer that this company is commiting ***** as well as the thousands of complaints online regarding this company. FNB just refuses to refund my money and says to call the company. There is no number for them anywhere. What makes this even worse is that when I processed the payment online I wasnt even given an OTP, the payment just went through immediately. Makes me think that these two are working together hence the reason the payment is not being reversed!
