FNB refuses to refund hacked account.

I deposited R2000 to my wife FNB account for petrol. we left the house and when we wanted to pay for the petrol the money was already ****** out of her account, We have no idea how, as you would need a one time pin and no one had access to her phone. We reported this to FNB to be investigated. Today we received news that they will not be refunding the R2000. its simply not their problem as a one time pin was used.

I am extremely disappointed in FNB, and I hope that they will solve this problem promptly, as we have been waiting 2 weeks for money we desperately need.
