FNB Refuses to refund Extra payments made - Account closed

Hello Peter, Please assist

I have a dispute with FNB credit card which was passed over to debt review dept . Mariska and Celeste have been dealing with my account and are unable to perform simple calculations.

the court order was signed off 17/11/2015 with payment plan as per below

month 1 - @ R59.49 = R59.49 month 2 - 29 @ R412.11 = R11539.08 month 30 - 73 @ R424.97 = R18698.68 month 74 - 6 @ R680.23 = R1360.46 month 77 - 81 @ R1017.39 = R5086.95 month 82 - 83 @ R1265.05 = R2530.10 month 84 - 95 @ R1514.50 = R18174 month 96 @ R1740.91 = R1740.91

COURT ORDER TOTAL = R59189.67

FNB submitted a recon the total paid into the account was R61451.81

According to my statements paid by my debt review company amount paid was R61711.81

FNB refuses to refund me the extra monies paid into my account which is now closed. I Hope this now clarifies your calculations and it it so evident that there is such a huge difference.

FNB is just ignoring me and not wishing to refund my extra funds paid
