Fnb refuses to payout ******** unauthorized purchases

Fnb is a *****,unauthorized deductions by third parties are easy accessible with no protection on its clients. On August 10th a huge unauthorized purchased was done by a third party,no invoice was sent,no follow up,no arrangements for the amount was made,it was manually overwritten and deducted by third party, Fnb refuses to pay out due to 'terms and conditions' or that's was being said on ******** transactions.After being on call every single day and visit various branches for answers, I was told after two weeks on visa expectations for payout,I did so,but still no luck, then they said the third party has control over them and they cant pay out due to them also being a high net company of Fnb business banking too,which tells me they had to decide which one are they willing to lose

I couldn't do any business and was stranded for two weeks with no feedback or response from Fnb,which was disappointing and frustrating to say the least

You call them and they hold you on line for hours or refer you to a someone else,only to be told there is nothing they can do

This isn't the only slip up from Fnb,unauthorized payments on cancelled cards are also deducted ********ly, they deduct excess fees like crazy so you stay in debt with them,only to be told,you have a choice ,go somewhere else if you not happy

Stay away from this bank if you a small net worth individual or small business,they will take every single penny from you,they give you no assistance,guidance and think nothing of you ,its more an irritating experience when they have to deal with you

They put up a picture of "how can we help you" when there is no help,it should be "how can we take of you"

As I said ,I've been with them 7 years,I'm glad my eyes has opened, hope this message will help others too
