FNB REFUSES TO PAY WINNING POWERBALL TICKETS PURCHASED THROUGH FNB ON LINE..
I purchased my lotto and Powerball tickets through my FNB account, online as I always do. They are happy to take the money for all the tickets bought but refuse to pay out winning tickets, after sending several emails with screenshots attached, they still refuse to pay, after phoning FNB this morning I was told by Miriam Molefe yes they did receive my emails but I must sort out my winning ticket with ITHUBA NATIONAL LOTTERY...that they are only the middle man....I phoned Ithuba who was very polite and said FNB has to pay and they would try and sort it out...I am so shocked and disgusted....FNB YOU ARE A DISGRACE....PUBLI BE WSRNED...DO NOT BUY LOTTO TICKETS WITH FNB YOU WILL NOT GET PAID OUT...
