FNB refuses to pay my money back

Hello Peter. I have laid this compliant last week against National Debt Counsellors. But it's one their fault alone. The main issue lies with FNB I am currently under debt review with National Debt Counsellors. As I am trying my best to settle my debts .I have been paying some of my debts on the side as well to expedite the process. I settled my credit card balance and received a closure letter from FNB.However NDC still debited my account and paid FNB for the Credit card. Now FNB has been delaying to pay back my money. Last week when the consultant from NDC in my presence. We were promised the money will be paid back to my account by Tuesday. Today it's Wednesday still nothing. This query has been on since end of May.
