FNB refuses to pay back my money

On Monday 27 August 2018 I withdrew R2000 from an FNB ATM in East London. The ATM did not give me the cash but printed a slip which said I coulndt be helped and should try another ATM. The following day in the morning R2000 was deducted from my account but I did not get an incontact notification. I only became aware of the deduction when I checked my bank statement. I filed a complaint with FNB. After two weeks of being sent from pillar to post and dealing with consultants who couldnt care less, today I received an SMS saying the money was not deducted from my account and FNB will not refund me. I doubt they even bothered to thoroughly investigate the matter. I am disappointed at the appalling manner in which this matter was handled. The bank has taken my money and they are now refusing to pay it back.
