Fnb Refuses to issue client title deeds

I purchased a house last year from a person whose bond is under fnb. Since last year November the cancellation attorneys have been calling fnb daily to obtain the seller's deeds document to lodge my bond and have the house registered in my name. The attorneys have reported that fnb is giving them the run around and refuses to cooperate. Currently I'm renting andoving around with my family which is costly!
