Fnb refuses to help me

<p>On the 31May 2016 i deposited 14800 to an account sent by my collegue, cutting the long story short turns out i used the wrong account no which ended the money going to somebody else then on the1/6/16 i went there to ask for the reversal of that money bcose it went to the wrong account i wanted the details of the person i mistakenly deposited to and i was told that its confidential i can not be given the details and was asked if i knew who the person was of which i dont know it was just an honest mistake and i was told that that account was in debit so only 14500 is in there and i asked for it to be reversed back to me they said only the account holder can do that(recepient) but now i am told that he does not pick up his phone and he has been sent emails and still he is not responding now my concern is what if this person is nowhere to be found and i want to deposit this money to the rightful recepient or else when they get hold of the person the person thinks its his luck and doesnt want to release the money or else uses it thinking its his luck .Please help me i need to deposit this money to the righfull reciepient.</p>
