FNB refuses to help a loyal client!!

Our debit order did not go off on the 1st of July so I have not received this month's minutes on my FNB Connect Unlimited package. I have called them and spoken with a liaison called Thobile and her Team Leader: Shengiwe Mkhize. They both adamantly stated that the system does not allow for a re-debit and also I cannot make a manual payment into their account (Surely this is not possible.. that no one can pay into your account???!!) Also, they mentioned that the allocations for the unlimited minutes, can only be done on the first of the month and the system does not allow them to allocate minutes after that. Therefore, this month, I must buy airtime (which goes much quicker) and my service will only be continued next month when we can be debited on the 1st. This is absolutely ridiculous! Where have you heard of any other service provider refusing to be able to re-debit or allocate your minutes when a debit order did not go off?? I'm offering to make a payment, now, today! I have never heard of this and am shocked. I specifically chose FNB Connect Unlimited package as I work as a consultant conducting daily telephonic interviews. I cannot work and earn any income without this and I refuse to buy airtime as this will cost more in the long run than the unlimited monthly package fee. I have been a loyal FNB customer for years and have always raved about their care for customers and forward thinking. If the system does not allow allocations of minutes other than on the 1st of the month, the system can surely be adapted and bypassed in this case? I'm sure I'm not the only customer that has experienced this... Does FNB just refuse to help? "How Can We Help"... Live up to your slogan.
