FNB refuses to give me my credit card account number

I am really trying to get communications out of FNB but it seems useless. I wrote and asked them for my credit card account as it is only indicated with *** in between a few numbers. I got a message back they can not help me. I mean really!!!!! I need my FNB credit card account number (I do not have a physical card) to pay my account.
