FNB refuses to give adequate service in black areas where they operate

This demon of a bank I happen to bank with has the worst service in black areas like pietermaritzburg cbd. I am making this judgement because I don't receive this kind of ******* service when I go to branches in the mall or white areas. I went through drama with them when I app**** for my credit card with them. The church street branch staff, mostly Nashica, treated me like a second grade citizen. The service is bad from the minute you work in, the branch is always full, but the consultants seats are always empty, regardless of what time you go. They make excuses when you call them out on their poor service. Fnb customer care service is no different and basically has no power. They don't come back with feedback when I lay complaints and I've laid a few.

The most recent mess up was them authenicating my documents (id, driver's and proof of address). They said my proof of address wasn't adequate even though it was and I told them it was, they didn't help me on the first day (almost a week and a half ago), they made me come back the next day, even though I had waited over an hour during office hours. When I told my dealer, she contacted them and it's only then that the agreed to certify my address. They sent unclear copies of the cerified copies of my id and driver's (I have email proof, even I couldn't make out my own name). I had to scan my own copies from the office and email them to them to redo, I scanned my id and driver's on the same page, which wes bank (who are financing my car deal), doesn't accept, in my defense, I don't know what the bank protocols are and I shouldn't have been doing this myself anyways, if people knew how to do their jobs. Wesbank didn't accept the second batch even though it was clear, because documents were paired differently to what they require. I finally pair them correctly and send them to the fnb again, mind you they've seen my originals and have their own copies of my documents in the bank. They refuse to certify the 3rd lot of documents. I begged and pleaded with them and eventually turned to yelling at them over the phone. I explained I was traveling for work and was nowhere near pietermaritzburg and expressed my frustration that they didn't assist my probably the first time when I was around pmb . I was told by customer care that the bank manager would call me asap, he didn't. When he did finally call 3 hours later, it wasn't to help, it was to tell me how I had messed up, no apology from them, no do over. I had to stop the workshop session I was facilitating to deal with this mess, I could easily get fired or get disciplinary action for this. I am rushing to have this issue resolved by tomorrow morning, 15 June 2017 because the car is in joburg and I live in pietermaritzburg. The arrangements to bring the car to pmb have been sorted and finalized, my who car deal is at risk because people refuse to do their jobs and because apparently the little ngo I work for haS better printers and scans than a big rich bank like fnb. If I can't bring this car down tomorrow, then it will be weeks, months before I can bring it down, payments have been made and I doubt fnb will assist with payments if I have to arrange for the car to be brought down a second. You guys have cost me a lot of my time, money in airtime costs and possibly the delivery process I have paid for, you've also jeopardized my job. I start looking for a new bank when I get home.

Ive also called on a separate issue, 2/3 times about mysterious debt orders going off in my Acc, every time you promise feedback in 2 days, and everytime there is nothing. What am I paying for it not your service?

When will they call? I've had serval fnb people threatened to call or assist with this issue. Since yesterday, all you say is you'll call and you don't call. Time is running out.
