FNB REFUSES TO CLOSE MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT

I have had nothing but endless problems with FNB from the beginning of opening my account, I have got 2 cheque accounts with FNB one of which I have an outstanding balance of 6000 due to a temporary loan that was not paid due to the fact that I had gone under debt review and was forced to open a new bank account , I than opened a new cheque account in good faith and made a payment arrangement with loans department after an amount of 8800 was grabbed out of my new cheque account , I decided to close the new account because I felt unsafe due to the last experience that I had with money grabbing going into the branch they refuse to close my cheque account because the old one is still owing yet I have a payment arrangement in place for the other , in the meantime that will cause bank charges on an account that will no longer be used I am extremely upset about it because instead of me clearing the one account they are now putting me in a position where I will incur more debt , please assist me to have this account closed because this is unacceptable

Regards Kim
