FNB refuses to close my business acoint

I lodged a request to close a business bank account on 21 February 2025; it took 4 calls to FNB business to get the request finally logged, an advisor that assisted was called Kendal - I got confirmation of request ref number - AS-***-H8H3W1. On 7 April, I noticed the account was still open - I sent e-mails and called FNB Business again and spoke to Lindajenb - he was very rude and hung up on me - I called back l; later. I am not sure how I can possibly close an FNB account - it seems impossible - The business account is not in arrears and currently has R100 in it
