Fnb refuses to close my account after salary disappears for 2 months

My entire salary has been disappearing for 2 months, they deducted my loan more than 3 times and than when I went into the branch nobody could give me a breakdown of what happened to my money and they refused to close my account. A consultant came with a piece of paper and pencil to calculate what happened to my money. This is very unprofessional and non of my accounts have been paid, so where is my money
