FNB REFUSES TO CLAMP DOWN ON **********

I recently got *****ulated (on (10/03/2017) by an indivudual posing as a real estate agent and he is using details of a known Real Estate Company on his documentation and email address domains however he is using his personal FNB bank account to receive all rental payments and deposits giving the impression that he has mandate from the building/complex owners to receive the payments. After finding out that I got ****med I first called the FNB ***** division (on 12/03/2017)and 2 agents cut my calls while i was narrating what happened and then the next day (on 13/03/2017) i went to the FNB Branch at Cresta Mall and after explaining what happened and also offering the consultants the case no: 623/3/2017 opened at SAPS JHB Central (on 12/03/2017) they refused to make a comment on the individuals bank account and i was told that i need to wait for the police to come and sign a section 205 form at the bank. This really disappointed me because after giving them all the information regarding the case and all evidence i had, FNB refused to assist to freezing a ********** bank account who even by now as we speak his bank account is still operational and God knows how many other many he will be ******** using FNB banking platforms to receive his ********** proceeds.

The ********* name is: Mr Tukelo H Sabela

His FNB Account is: ********** 3306

He ****med me: R4,280 (Deposited at Cresta Mall Branch on friday, 10th of MaRCH AT 17:58PM)

SAPS Case No: 623/3/2017 (Allocated to Warrant Officer Van Nierkerk at SAPS JHB Central ********** or ********** )

Complainant: Mr Lennox Mokwena ( ********** )

I hope that someone at FNB who believes that their bank has no place for frausters will contact me or Warrant Officer Van Niekerk to help the police arrest the suspect and help with possibly refunding my money.

Regards

Lennox Mokwena

**********
