FNB refuses to cancel policy!

FNB is the worst bank to do business with. I will never ever take out any account ornplan with them and advise others to stay away from them. I tried to cancel my Mortgage Protection Plan with them and they absolutely REFUSE to do so, even after I went through the trouble of taking out a similar policy elsewhere (because this FNB said is required before they can cancel the policy by them). Now I'm told they refuse to cancel my policy!? THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW AND *******. I will be referring all the information I have (against FNB) to the Ombudsman. FNB is a bunchnof ******! Stay away from them!!!
