FNB refuses to assist me regarding my insurance

When i took up my fusion account someone called from fnb offering me an insurance and i accepted and signed up now suddenly when i call in they cant pick up my policy which is so strange i recently lost my job and fmb refuses to comprehend this is so sad as i have been a loyal client for many years
