FNB refuses debit order reversal

My account was debited with over R10 000. I have been trying to reverse it and your consultants are telling me they can't reverse it as FNB doesn't reverse debits anymore. I'm lost for words right now. Clearly my money is not safe with FNB. My life is on hold and no one seems to care.
