FNB refused to help although I have High Court Power Of Attorney

I have a full power of attorney from the high court.

Went into the branch to get a statement on the account from date of inception to current date.

FNB refused to help stateing the person needed to come in that is not possible and that they don`t accept the High Courts Power of Attorney.
