FNB refused to assist me on cancellation of Debit order after Service provider refused as well

FNB refuses to cancell debit order after the service provider cancelled as well I even showed a proof of the service provider refusing to Cancel I did everything ,went to branch .called and still I'm not getting assistant and an agent even said they won't dispute the money , my only option is to close their account, I'm in bad situation . FNB employee even said the service provider is Right to refuse ,I don't know if that's the rule at PASA or NCR or I'm being taken like a fool ,it means to them me I don't have any rights to dismiss Debit order
