FNB refuse transfer our money.

Good day, I mistakenly deposited money into my wives revolving loan account on the 10th of December. She owes R900 and I deposited R14700. She has been sent from pillar to post since the 11th of December until to date nothing has been done to transfer the difference into her cheque account, no progress has been made every time we are told we must wait for 48 hrs and it is almost 2 weeks now.
