FNB refuse to update my account to transunion

Am so gatvol with fnb at the moment ....paid up their loan ....they send me a legal paid up letter ...however they don't want to update transunion. ...I logged a dispute with transunion. ...transunion contacted fnb. ....fnb says they must keep the account even if is paid up....they don't want to update them that I paid them up.....FNB sucks big time ....to say I have 15 years banking with them ....is time I move to another bank .....I spent so much phoning them with no solution ....
