FNB refuse to reverse my money

On the 23rd of June my account was empty and when I woke the following day, I owed fnb R999 aparently people who called themselves academic single south Africa debited that money from my account without my authorization. Then in the morning of the 24rd of June 2020 I went to fnb to reverse it and they told me to fill a dispute form of which I did till today the 30th of June I have not received your my money. I went again today to the and I was told to call debit order dep and they told me that there was no action done on my case I should call ***** deposit and I did and then told me they will investigate but the don't promise anything. And the lady who is working there told me I won't get my money because fnb does not do reversall anymore. And I was surprised because it's my money. So I lost my R999 because fnb is allowing people to take our money from the empty accounts and they can not even help me.My first ref number:****** second ref number:***
