FNB refuse to return my own money to me!

I have contacted FNB several times over the last 10 months to recover funds that were returned to a closed back account. One of the payment was located and paid over to me successfully but the second payment keeps being ignored! I keep getting the same run around of returned to sender...contact us on secure chat blah blah blah blah. I've contacted FNB several times over secure chat, telephonically and even through my Private banker and all to no avail. There seems to be no interest from them actually finding my money and returning it to me. I am so bogged down in the different process that I am at my witts end! I am fed up. FNB your service is disgusting! And this is now bordering on *****ing! Will I be paid interest if you ever get your act together?!!

FNB, I have logged a formal complaint myself as well! My complaint here is not after a lack of trying to work with you! You seriously need to get your act together!!

Ref ***F Still no successful engagement FNB. I have been trying to trace my money for 11 months now. Everyone that has contacted me so far does not understand / is not willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and resolve this problem. What do I need to do to start getting helpful responses from you and your team? I've never experienced such frustration in my whole life. I want my money back! And I want it NOW!
