Fnb refuse to release my funds…horrible and selfish bank.

Fnb held my funds since August in the name of investigation. After the investigation they closed my account but still held my money. No communication with regards to how they should assist with releasing the funds to another bank account. Sent email they ignored it, even attached account confirmation letter still ignored the email they didn’t bother to respond. Now their excuse is that the current bank must confirm that indeed this account belongs to me. I’m a mother who provides for her children, how do I do that when they have held the funds for 4 weeks. I even lost customers, I’m behind with monthly bills. Even after explaining this to them they would not release my funds “we are waiting for your current bank to confirm that indeed this is your account”. Would never recommend FNB, they take advantage of people. It should just close down.
