FNB Refuse to issue paid up letter.
I have paid up my homeloan now more than 2 months ago. I have been requesting my paid up letter for just as long. FNB refuses to give me a simple letter stating that my bond is paidup. This is tipical of big bank syndrome they will take you to the cleaners to pay your bond and when you have paid them dont ask them for anything. Poor poor bank
