FNB - REFUSE TO CHANGE PRICE PLAN CITING HIGH RISK

I recently visited FNB to downgrade (change price plan on monthly fees) and I was told that the system does not allow it because I am "High Risk"...How does the so called high risk have anything to do with changing price plans? Is it a way of FNB to continue charging me the R109 a month? It is bad. I need help with this.

Good day,
Fnb is still charging me R109 for monthly fees even after I made a request to downgrade to a Pay As You Use. What is wrong with FNB? High Risk for what? I am not closing the account. I need an affordable Price Plan, that's all. I need this to be sorted urgently.
