FNB refuse to acknowledge their poor process

I purchased voucers with the FNB app, but received no notification that the vouchers were issued. I am able to see the 3 vouchers on the app that I've purchased over the last 6 months. But there's no way to tell which is the last one (and still valid). Also, there's no date associated with the voucher. I bought the other vouchers via their website, and I received a SMS notification for these - so they worked fine. When I spoke with the consultants however, they would not acknowledge that this was an issue. Their attitude is "that's the way it works when you buy it via the app". Wake up! NO, it doesn't work!

Another consultant called me, and this person had the same attitude - you as a client must just accept the service they provide to you. They are not interested to know how they can improve their processes and the customer experience.
