FNB refuse debit order reversal.

Fnb has gone from bad to worse. There went a debit order from my account that wasnt suppose to. Ive tried to reverse and to stop this debit order. My account went into a minus because there was insufficient funds even though i dont have a overdraft facility on my cheque account. First i tried to reverse it on the app now that didnt help because for some stupid reason you can only reverse amounts less than R200. Then i went to a branch just to be turned away because they discontinued this at branches and told me to phone the customer service. Well that also end up in a stressful situation because you getting cut off and sometimes hold on for a very long time. This is my money that i cant even controll because of this issue. So in all fairness i think it is time for me to move banks because this style of FNB doesnt work for me.
