FNB refusal to reverse my debit order from SS-LEGCOV
FNB allows third party called SS-LEGCOV to debit monthly into my account without even helping me to reverse the money. FNB told me that they can’t reverse it as the ss-legcov has blocked it from reversing MY MONEY. I don’t know anything about SS-LEGCOV nor have I used their services at all. My bank failed to tell me about the debit order nor to offer me a chance to approve or disapprove it. SS-LEGVOV does as it pleases with my money and I’m not allowed to reverse my own hard cash….I’m so disappointed in FNB for failure to help me with my money. I have 14 years been with FNB….

01 Apr 2022, 12:27After 14 years of loyalty to FNB,the kind of service rendered to give third party a hand in my account and worse,to control me is so not good. I’m the one who is supposed to be protected here because I trust my bank but now it looks like FNB listens to the third party than it’s client. I even have pending reversals that dates back from 2021 March which has not been resolved. Inconnect debiting into my account and FNB does nothing about it. I’m so hurt and disappointed and thinking of closing my account which I had for over a decade.
