FNB REFUND MY MONEY THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN WITHOUT MY CONSENT

No stars !! Have been phoning this morning have phoned out at least 200 minutes on my contract and I still don't know why FNB has **********ly taken money out of my account, don't even know who to call to sort this out I have phoned 8 different every call i get told to hold and then I get off after 20 - 30 minutes !!!!
