FNB refund case

FNB deducted from my account to the value of R2625 on the 03/09/2023 for telkom once off data which i didn't purchase .I called Telkom mobile customer services they said FNB need to refund me.When i go to FNB they said i must open a ***** case which i did however i haven't received any feedback from FNB regarding my case .This data will expire on the 01/10/2023.please kindly assist me in this matter please .
