FNB REFUND

Good morning, a struggling single mother who is trying to make ends meet for my children, this is too much, I went into debt review last year November 2023,to my surprise FNB was still debiting from my employer even though they were sent form 17.1 and form 17.2. I have been writing to FNB requesting a refund from them for the month of DECEMBER 2023 AND JANUARY 2024, but they are not responding, my kids transport has not been paid and I owe school fees for 2 months I have been struggling to make ends meet. I feel like I am going crazy with depression, i just need 2 moths refund because the debt review is paying FNB
