FNB Refund

On 14 July my virtual debit card was charged R654 four times. I logged a query with the ***** department and on 24 July the case number *** was closed and only one reversal of R654 was done. I've been phoning and being transferred and calls dropped after explaining my story, promised that the outstanding R1962 (654x3)will be paid back to me and up to today nothing! I'm sick and tired of the poor service and passing the buck from ***** department to customer care!
