FNB Refund

Ever since I have written a compliant here on this platform, I have received 3 calls from different people asking me the same question which I have already answered 3 months ago and till today I have not received my refund, FNB is useless and they are acting confused about this whole case. I want my full money to be paid back into my account finish.
