Fnb reflects on ITC

I swear fnb is the worst.. Let me just add they definitely need to get new staff members as they constantly drop the call. I would like to know why I still have the FNB easy loan 2013 on Itc credit when I have settled all My accounts with you guys and funny thing is it states the account is open. How do you guys deal with accounts.. If accounts are settled it should be closed and taken.off ITC. I want this removed immediately
