<p>I have emailed several requests to FNB complaints resolution to resolve a matter that has already been to the Ombudsman for Banking Services. FNB is in breach of the settlement agreement that they have given me, even handed a small amount of R 52.68 over to Barretts & Associates after I have accepted the settlement agreement. Joyce Machethe that dealt with the matter is no where to be found, cannot contact her via telephone and her emails bounce back undelivered because her mail box is full.</p> <p>I need urgent assistance in this regard; alternatively I will take this matter further.</p>
