FNB RECEIVED FEEDBACK FROM SARB AND DIDN'T TELL ME

FNB did an application to SARB on my behalf in 2023. In May 2024 they received feeback from SARB and they didn't tell me. The decision was negative.

In August 2024 I started seeing money in account getting blocked and when I contacted them they agreed they forgot to tell me. Now they are refusing to entertain my delictual claim.
