FNB RECALLS & REVERSALS

I phoned FNB Recalls & Reversals Department on *** today, 9 July 2020 and held on for 21 minutes and 19 seconds. I needed to speak to them urgently. I've been banking with FNB 24 years now and their customer service has gone down the drain. However, they will take your money in the blink of an eye - then their service is top notch. Service delivery has gone to the dogs!! Shame on you FNB!!
