FNB really poor service

FNB will do anything not to pay out insurance. Been with the bank my whole life and decided to switch over to insurance but it was a big mistake. Took out insurance on my homes contents as well as loadshedding cover. My fridge stopped cooling and their assessor came and without looking at the compressor or touching it we are informed that it's poor workmanship on the compressor without looking at it or opening it up.

I believe they are ******* and will do anything to not pay out for this cover and they should be ashamed of themselves. If no work was done on the compressor how can it be poor workmanship. Really appalled by FNB and thinking that putting all my eggs in one basket with them from bond to insurance was a good idea but clearly not. The grass is not always greener.
