Fnb really let me down today.

Today when I tried to get statements from 2020, I was informed that it would cost me R660. Something that is pulled from archives, on a system that probably takes 5minutes and then emailed to me costs R660?

I've been a loyal customer for over probably 15-20 years. I pay my account fee each month and ive probably asked for statements about 10 times of it was that much. Now when i actually want to use it i must pay R660.

Not once was i paid for my word of mouth and actaully getting customers for FNB, even my wife went from absa to fnb. Wasnt thanked for that.

Maybe I should switch banks for a while
