FNB, really let me down...enemies of progress perhaps..a continuation and the sad conclusion!

I am not going to go into the story again, just a quick refresher: I need student loan to study. I go to my trusted bank FNB. They decline my application over an employee's misunderstanding. FNB pretends to try and fix it. I have to re apply. They ask me to re submit everything all over again. I hesitate, but i give in and resubmit, i deal with a sales consultant name Puleng, she gives me her email. I send her the documents, she keeps saying she hasn't received. I keep sending over and over. She just stops communicating. I voice my frustration to her, she doesn't respond. I realised that i've wasted the last 2 weeks trying to get this sorted with FNB. I realise that perhaps i'm an idiot for not calling it sooner and just moving on to the next bank. So i email her telling her to cancel the application. Then i remember why i left my previous bank, it was because of complacensy and taking clients for granted. FNB is now doing the same to me. It's time for me to see who else is out there. I'm just sorry i didn't the last 2 weeks of torment sooner.
